Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).
- Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.

 

Shipping and Delivery
- Average delivery time is 1-5 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates and begin from the shipping date. Delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Address
- Ensure the address is accurate. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

Damages
- We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. Contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Wavemakers Only Club, we are committed to providing high-quality educational materials and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

 

No Returns or Exchanges

- All Sales Final: Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.


- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
